From Metrosexual to Spornosexual (or From the Metrocentre to Geordie Shore)

The Gender, Sexuality and Law Research Group seminar series for 2014/15 kicks off next week with a seminar from Mark Simpson entitled:  From Metrosexual to Spornosexual (or From the Metrocentre to Geordie Shore)

Mark Simpson, the ‘father’ of the metrosexual, lives in the North East of England – and believes the North East is the ‘coalface’ of the masculine aesthetic revolution of the 21st Century. He is the author of several books including Male ImpersonatorsMetrosexy and Saint Morrissey.

The seminar takes place at 2.30pm (until 4pm) on Thursday 30 October in Room 215 at City Campus East 1 (Faculty of Business and Law Building, Northumbria University)
