The Gender Sexuality and Law research group at Northumbria University will be holding a roundtable discussion as part of LGBT History Month. The event, focussing on the question of ‘Law’s Progress’ will take place Wednesday 15 February 2017 at 6pm until 7.30pm.
Our panel will feature Lui Asquith, Solicitor at Ben Hoare Bell and Chair of the Lesbian and Gay Lawyers Association North East; Dr Nikki-Godden-Rasul, Lecturer in Law, Newcastle University; and Laura Graham, Senior Lecturer in Law, Northumbria University.
It is anticipated that the event will be a wide ranging discussion with extensive audience participation. The event is free and will take place in 402 at City Campus East 1 (the Faculty of Business and Law building at Northumbria University, number 17 on the campus map). This room is on the 4th floor and a campus map can be viewed here.
